They oversee the action, ensuring that everything proceeds according to the rules of the game and taking into account the needs of all players. They also have tools to detect and eliminate hackers and individuals sabotaging the team. They ensure that everyone enjoys the game without any cheating, thus fostering a pleasant atmosphere within the game. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION Minimum required age is 16 years old. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English - knowledge of another language will be an additional asset. Familiarity with CyberTankz game and its history. Active participation in the game and on the Discord platform. Fairness and thoughtfulness. Impartiality. Ability to assess situations while being aware of their consequences. Willingness and enthusiasm to work. Sufficient time availability to promptly address issues in the game. Excellent communication skills with other moderators and players. Active participation in the game, minimum of 1 hour per day. Ability to assist and resolve player issues. Mature and responsible behavior, in accordance with the rules of the game.
