They also respond to questions related to eSports events and topics related to the gaming industry. In their role as moderators, they strive to create a cozy and friendly atmosphere in the community where players can comfortably communicate and exchange information. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION Minimum age 16 years old Very good command of English or Russian language. Mandatory knowledge of upcoming tournaments and eSports rules. Active participation on the Discord server with an understanding of its dynamics and community culture. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain objective and calm even in challenging situations. Ability to work with Discord moderation tools such as "Temporary Timeout," "Moderation Bots," "Message Deletion," and others. Ability to quickly assess situations and effectively resolve conflicts, including issuing warnings or taking disciplinary actions.
