They are an integral part of any tournament, ensuring compliance with the rules of esports and preventing violations by participants. They also handle player complaints in case of suspicion of fraud or other violations, ensuring fairness and justice during competitions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

  • Minimum age: 17 years old.
  • Having a microphone is required.
  • Excellent command of English or Russian language.
  • Daily availability in the game and on Discord from 17:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC.
  • Experience in esports or tournament judging is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of game rules and tournament procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with tournament participants and resolve disputes.
  • Maintaining objectivity and impartiality in decision-making.
